The content offered in our program
Mind Your Game (MYG) consists of 4 color-coded tracks, each containing 3 modules. Each year, you follow one track and learn new strategies on various topics. Here is the complete list of topics covered based on the color of the track:
Each module comprises 6-7 video lessons, each with an average duration of 4 minutes. Additionally, we provide exercises, group discussions, drills (both in-class and on-field), and activities to enhance participants' learning following each lesson. As part of the process, athletes will complete the Skill Check-In twice—once at the start of the year to establish a baseline and again at the end of the year to evaluate growth and improvement. This ensures a clear understanding of their development over time. Overall, you'll need to invest a minimum of 10 hours per year in your mental training 'budget'.Â
